  • Responsible for overall integrity and coherence of the program/ project and executing the program/ project vision, mapping all initiatives, and taking accountability for all dependencies and alignment.

  • Accountable for defining and leading the program/ project, cutting across multiple channels, products, systems, and departments, to time, budget, and scope from initiation through to completion.

  • Drives the delivery of the programs/projects through active management, ensuring milestones are met on time, within budget, and of high quality.

  • Defines release readiness requirements against business outcome needs and validates readiness before release into production.

  • Uses best practice knowledge to generate analytics and maintain a common set of practices, principles, and templates for managing, anticipating, and exceeding the needs of the business.

  • Responsible for overall project management, following PRINCE 2 or PMI Methodologies.

  • Manage multiple projects of medium to large scale through sprints/iterations and phases of the project. Requirements gathering from the business users and the ability to work with the business partners on clear and concise project status and communications.

  • Facilitate sprint planning, release planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and other related events

  • In partnership with the product owner, work with the scrum team on user story sizing and acceptance criteria definition, the definition of a minimal viable product, and continuous refinement and prioritization of the product backlog.

  • Communicating team metrics per the agile tracking system and providing transparency regarding sprint/release progress to all teams and management.
